While providing our safety & health services to a five-star international hotel company, RSS was requested to assist in their efforts to comply with the
American With Disabilities Act
. After completing facility ADA surveys and providing guidance for structural improvements, RSS conducted task analyses and developed "essential-function" job descriptions (JDs) for each of their job classifications. These JDs not only helped in their compliance efforts with
hiring practices, but were invaluable in assisting with their workers compensation modified duty & return-to-work programs.
